LynderupVintage aim to protect your personal data in the best possible way and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations for the protection of personal data.

The controller of all personal data on the website is the business unit Lynderup Vintage (named “LynderupVintage”) which is a wholly owned part of Maskinvurdering ApS, Højlundsvej 18, 7800 Skive, Denmark, VAT no: DK37365971, which owns the online platform www.LynderupVintage.com (the website) and other language editions of the website.

This policy applies to all personal data collected by LynderupVintage about you when you act as a seller, a buyer, or a bidder. The policy applies to you irrespective of whether you act as a private individual or by powers of procuration of a business unit.

What personal data do we process?

LynderupVintage processes the data that you have submitted and the data that we collect from you when you visit the Website or from a third party.

Personal data that you have submitted are from your registration, placing advertisements, responding to advertisements, or submitting bids on online auctions. We also collect data when you sign up for newsletter service or use a web form to communicate with us or another user and when you make payments. You may also provide information to us for other reasons.

Personal data that we have collected from you or a third party: In addition to the data, you have provided, we will also process data regarding your activity on our website.
When you visit the website, we will also automatically collect personal data through the website, for example information about your IP address and which advertisements and items, you have viewed, responded to and bidded. If you are representing a company, we may also process data about you that we, for marketing purposes or to improve your customer experience with us, have bought or been given access to from public registers and databases.

For what purposes do we process your personal data?

All collection and processing of personal data are for the purpose to administer and fulfil our obligations to you, improve our website and services and to comply with all
applicable laws, regulations and decisions made by authorities.

We process your personal data to administer your advertisements, buying, selling, paying, online communication and to manage your subscriptions. We may also use your personal data to send direct marketing to you, conduct surveys and compile statistics.

Administering of your advertisements, sales and/or purchases on the website

We process your name, e-mail address, delivery address, home address, bidding information and phone number to be able to administer your user account, advertisements, online auctions, bids, your purchases, payments and to fulfil our obligations to you as a seller or buyer.

Administration of your user account

When you have created a user account, we process, in addition to the personal data mentioned above, bidding and purchase history and your IP address. The personal data is processed to administer your user account. Your advertising, bidding and purchase history is processed to provide information to your dashboard about the advertisements, items submitted for online auction, your bids, and purchases. We process your IP address to be able to link a bid to you. The legal basis for our data processing is the consent that you provided when creating a user account on the website.

Marketing and Legal Purposes

We hope to continue to be of service to you and for you to benefit from our special offers and to receive information about us, changes to policies and terms and conditions of use, we will process your e-mail address and mobile phone number to send newsletter and other dispatches to you by e-mail, mail, and text messages. The legal basis for our processing of this personal data is our legitimate interest to communicate with you as a customer for marketing and legal purposes.

Your personal data, your e-mail address, home address and mobile phone number may also be used for direct marketing, newsletter, customer surveys and/or for statistical purposes and can be used for dispatches by mail, e-mail, and text messages to you until you unregister your account or withdraw your consent. The legal basis for our processing is your consent.

Who may have access to your personal data?

Your data will only be processed by LynderupVintage. We may also share your information with our selected partners and suppliers in accordance with below mentioned third party service providers.

For your goods to be delivered to you, we will share your contact information with the transport company for the transportation of your order.

For marketing purposes, we may share your contact information to advertising agencies and printing firms for e.g., printing and distribution of dispatch.

Our internal and external IT suppliers and any other suppliers we hire may get access to all the personal data we handle about you, but only to the extent necessary to fulfil their obligations in relation to LynderupVintage.

Our agents may have access to all the personal data we process about you, but only to the extent necessary to fulfil their commitments as an agent of LynderupVintage.
 

Our sellers or advertisers may have access to invoice documentation and your details in case you make inquiries or purchase items or services from the seller or
advertiser.

For how long do we process your personal data?

Personal data that we process to administer an advertisement, bidding or purchase of an item or to fulfil our obligations to you under the agreement will not be stored for longer than is necessary for us to administer the sale, bidding or purchase or to otherwise fulfil our duties.

To do our bookkeeping, we store, in accordance with applicable accounting legislation, information about our agreement with you for five years.

If you have specifically given your consent to receiving direct marketing, we will keep your personal data consisting of your e-mail, address, and mobile phone number until you unsubscribe or ask us to stop contacting you.

When you have created an account with us, we will process all your personal data until you cancel your account with us or ask us to delete certain data.

Your personal data may be stored longer than the above, to the extent we are required to do so by law, regulation or decisions made by authorities at the time of account creation or later.

Your rights

You are entitled to request information about the personal information we have about you at any time. Your request must be in writing and signed and include name and photo documentation in the form of passport or driver´s permit. We need this to ensure that we provide the information to the right person.

If your information is incorrect, incomplete, or irrelevant, you may wish to have them corrected. We cannot delete data that constitute public documents or when there is a statutory requirement for storage, such as accounting rules. Nor can we delete data when there are legitimate reasons why the data must be saved, such as
unpaid debts.

Under certain circumstances, you may have access to your personal data in a widely used, machine-readable format (data portability). This right, however, applies only
to information you have provided to us and if they are processed to fulfil an agreement with you or with your consent.

You may withdraw all, or part of a given consent for processing personal data at any time. However, the revocation of your consent will not affect our processing of your personal data before the revocation took place. You are also entitled to revoke your consent to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing at any time.

In accordance with current data protection laws, you have the right to access information about which personal data we are processing about you and the right to request a correction of your personal information.

Transmission to third countries

LynderupVintage will only share your personal data to countries outside the EU / EEA if that country has an adequate level of protection under the EU or EU Commission, or if this is specifically stated when you provide your personal information to us.

Cookies

The website use cookies to help you get a personalized internet experience and session-cookies to manage your visit. A cookie is a text file that a web server places on your device. Cookies cannot be used to run programs or deliver viruses to your computer. Cookies are uniquely assigned to you and can only be read by a web server in the domain that issued the cookie file to you. One of the main purposes of
